Investonks is an information aggregation platform that delivers portfolio news and price movement alerts for stocks listed on NSE and BSE. We do not execute trades, provide brokerage services, or manage funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Investonks.

4. Subscriptions

Investonks offers Free and Premium subscription plans. Premium plans are billed via RazorPay. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable charges to your payment method. Refer to our Cancellation & Refund policy for details.

Investonks shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information provided by the platform. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations.

4. Security

We follow standard industry practices to protect your data. No system is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your credentials private.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Premium access until that date.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@investonks.com within 7 days of the charge.

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges and can be used indefinitely without cancellation.
